Bolzoni S.p.A. acquires Valmar S.r.l.

Yesterday, May 27th, Bolzoni S.p.A. concluded the acquisition of Valmar S.r.l., an Italian company.
Valmar is a manufacturer of lift truck and Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) masts and specialized equipment.

This operation allows Bolzoni to strengthen its position in the market by expanding its offering to include lift truck masts and other specialized equipment.

Valmar is located in Pontenure, Piacenza, Italy, and has become an important player in the lift truck mast market, with a focus on dedicated products for AGVs with high technological solutions. Valmar is a strong partner for numerous forklift and AGV manufacturers and will take advantage of the worldwide sales organization of Bolzoni to further expand its business.

The integration of these components will streamline the supply chain process of our customers and facilitate the technical specification of materials handling requirements.
