Name change for Bolzoni-Huaxin (Hebei) Forks Manufacturing Co. Ltd.,

Bolzoni S.p.A. advises that on 27 October 2015 one of the two subsidiaries located in China, Bolzoni-Huaxin (Hebei) Forks Manufacturing Co. Ltd., changed its name to Bolzoni (Hebei) Forks Manufacturing Co. Ltd.

This is the result of the increased ownership of Bolzoni Holding Hong Kong in the company Bolzoni-Huaxin (Hebei) Forks Manufacturing Co. Ltd., which has changed from 80% to 100%.

Bolzoni (Hebei) Forks Manufacturing Co. Ltd., located in the industrial district of Longhua, is specialized in the production of a wide range of forks for lift trucks, construction and agricultural material handling machines, in many different capacities, sections and lengths.

“Our investment increase is based on Bolzoni Hebei’s successful growth path during the past years, together with the high quality of its forks supplied not only to Asian and Pacific markets but also to Europe and U.S.” says Roberto Scotti, Bolzoni Group’s CEO “This change, which will not affect any organization structure, represents however a further step in consolidating and developing our commercial presence”.
